Excuse me? Is there now a ban on saying anything negative about any black person? The cartoon has nothing to do with Condi's being black; it's about her toadying to the President. She's drawn black because, as you may or may not have noticed, she's black.
I don't really have an opinion on her being appointed, and in fact hadn't even heard about it until now (has she been?), but this cartoon has nothing to do with race, dude.
Weird how in the cartoon Bush looks oddly like Prince Charles. Very offensive to British people.
